The summer is winding down, by calendar only, not weather-wise. Although according to my brother-in-law, “we are losing about 2 minutes of daylight each day…” he’s always good for a fun fact or two. I googled it, so it must be true. So I guess the summer will eventually just give up it’s fight.
It used to kill me to trade my shorts for a pair of long pants for that first day of school. What about you? Are you dragging your flip-flopped feet? Milking every last sun ray, beach day, and lobster roll? Or are you pulling on those cute, knee-high boots, grabbing a pumpkin-spiced latte, and praying you won’t be sweating through your new, mustard yellow sweater?
Either way, we have the shop stocked with lots of great items, whether you’re team Summer or Team Fall, or somewhere in between. Beautiful cool blue and green hues, mixed with light, natural neutrals. All of which will co-mingle well with the warm yellow, orange, olive green, and burgundy hues that are arriving daily to the shop.
Oh! And let’s not forget about Halloween! We know A LOT of you assert September 1st as the official time to start decorating with black, orange, cats, witches, pumpkins and skeletons. Don’t worry. We got you there too.
